This electrically non-conductive, silicone-free heat-conductive paste fills the microscopic gaps within mounting surfaces and ensures best heat-conductivity between those surfaces. It is neither hardening nor drying-out and comes to use, where creeping silicone oils could contaminate contact systems (e.g. telecommunications).
